Workshops 2025

Hello!

I run regular workshops on Sundays 11.30am – 1.30pm I hire fully equipped Studio 3 in Heaton Mersey. The way it works is you send in your requests and I build a workshop. If you don’t have any requests, I still build a workshop. £20 each. Juice at the end. Come and join me.

25th April 2026 – 10am – 12:30pm at Manchester and District Iyengar Yoga Centre – £25/£30 booking open or get in touch with me.
